Every recruit—irrespective of whether they are ex-soldiers, policemen, or paramilitary personnel—must undergo a thorough in-service orientation. Our curriculum covers both theoretical and practical elements, focusing comprehensively on the modern concept of private security and its role amidst current social and political conditions.

Note: All training sessions are handled by qualified instructors possessing solid Armed Service or Police backgrounds.
24/7 Field Inspections
Beyond regular contractual obligations, our security personnel are actively inspected day and night by specialized supervising officers and field inspectors. These supervisors evaluate personnel for absolute alertness and neat turnout, verify that operational records are meticulously maintained, and liaise directly with client management. Notably, these supervising officers are completely funded by the company and add no financial burden to the client.
